Notes on the In-Person Event

For the in-person event, the following restrictions will be implemented as countermeasures for COVID-19.

• Lunch will not be provided. Please eat at restaurants within Tokyo Dome City.
• There will be no after-party, but lightning talk event will be held at the end of Day 1.
• Though the venue capacity is approx. 2,000 people, we are limiting the event to 1000 attendees.

• Your registered name and email address will be used as emergency contact information

• If we confirm that someone who has tested positive was at the venue, we may provide your registration information to the local government or public health center.

• Anyone who applies to any of the following are prohibited from entering the venue. Please do not attend the conference if you

  • have a fever(37.5°C or above) on the day or the day before of the conference
  • have symptoms of cough, diarrhea, taste disorder, smell disorder, fatigue, shortness of breath, etc.
  • have come in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19
  • have a family member living together or a close acquaintance that may have tested positive for COVID-19
  • have returned to or entered Japan and are subject to behavioral restrictions specified by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare

• We will take your temperature upon entry.

Notes on Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable.
We do not provide receipts. Please use the Doorkeeper receipts and/or credit card statement as proof of purchase.
Speakers for DroidKaigi 2022 do not need to buy tickets.

Other

Photos will be taken during the event, as well as press coverage.
Any official photos taken may be published on the Web to promote the event.
All sessions will be recorded and will be published on the Web at a later date.
