Sales start (planned): Friday 14 July 2023 from 12:00 JST
Price

• Early Bird: 12,600 JPY (available to purchases made before 23:59 JST on July 31st)
• Regular: 15,800 JPY (applies to purchases made after 00:00 JST on August 1st)
• Online: Free (event swag available for the first 500 to register)

Scholarship program

At DroidKaigi 2023, we plan to have a scholarship program to support student attendees.
Details will be announced on the DroidKaigi 2023 official website, so please stay tuned if you are interested.

Notes on the In-Person Event

There will be an after party held at the end of Day.1
In-person attendees can join directly after the last session of Day.1
Food (lunch boxes, light refreshments, snacks) and drinks will be provided at the venue.

Session rooms will have limited capacity.
Attendees will not have access to Wi-Fi for this event.

Reception

Please show your QR code sent via Doorkeeper at the reception.
If you are enrolled in the scholarship program, please be sure to bring your student ID as well.

Reception is open during 9:30〜16:30

You cannot enter if you forget to bring your ticket/student ID!
Reception will peak at around 10:30 on Day.1, so please come early if possible to avoid congestion.
Please have your QR code/student ID ready while in line.

There will also be receptions on Day.3. Reception is open during 9:30〜16:30

Notes on Tickets

• Tickets are non-refundable.
• We do not provide receipts. Please use the Doorkeeper receipts and/or credit card statement as proof of purchase.
• Speakers (including co-speakers) of DroidKaigi 2023 do not need to buy tickets.

• Photos will be taken during the event, as well as press coverage.
• Any official photos taken may be published on the Web to promote the event.
• Sessions will be recorded and will be published on the Web at a later date.
• If you have any questions, please contact info@droidkaigi.jp. We cannot respond to questions sent from the Doorkeeper contact form.
• We are working to ensure the safety and security of everyone coming to DroidKaigi, by cooperating with the local municipalities, especially the Tokyo Metropolitan Government where the venue is located, public health centers and other administrative bodies under its jurisdiction, as well as the venue providers. We plan to provide food and drinks, but there might be changes by the time of the event in September 2023 depending on the situation regarding COVID-19.
