DroidKaigi is a developer-first Android conference. It is organized by a volunteer committee with diverse expertise, with the aim of sharing Android technical information and facilitating communication.

Ticket Types and Prices

• Early Bird: 12,600 JPY (purchases made before 30 June, 23:59 JST)
• Regular: 15,800 JPY (applies to purchases made after 1 July, 00:00 JST; will be displayed from that date)
• DroidKaigi Superfan ticket: 30,000 JPY

Notes on Tickets

• For residents in Japan, DroidKaigi 2026 plans to pre-ship original name badges. Please provide your address when purchasing tickets.
• Please note that we do not support the invoice system. We appreciate your understanding.
• We plan to add a special mark to the name badges of DroidKaigi Superfan ticket attendees. Other benefits are the same as other tickets.

Sessions

Accepted sessions will be announced on the DroidKaigi 2026 official website as soon as the selection results are notified.

All sessions will be recorded and will be published on the Web at a later date.

DroidKaigi 2026 will not be streamed online in real time

Event Day: 1 September

We will be inviting instructors from JetBrains to hold a hands-on workshop.

Please note that there is a limit to the number of participants, and separate advance registration is required in addition to purchasing a main event ticket.

Scholarship Program

At DroidKaigi 2026, we will implement a scholarship program to support student attendees. Details will be announced on the DroidKaigi 2026 official website.

Venue Notices

We are planning to host an after-party after the end of Conference Day 1. Participants are welcome to join directly after attending the sessions. Additionally, we will provide boxed lunches, light snacks, drinks, and sweets at the venue.

Conference Day

If the capacity of each session room is exceeded, participants may not be able to attend the session. There will be no Wi-Fi network available for participants.

Reception

At the reception, please present the QR code sent to you in the Doorkeeper ticket email.

• 2 September (Wed): 9:30-16:30

• 3 September (Thu): 9:00-16:30

• You will not be able to enter without the reception QR code. We appreciate your understanding.

• Reception will peak in the morning, so please come early if possible to avoid congestion.

• Please have your QR code ready while in line to ease congestion.

Those participating in the scholarship program will be contacted separately.

Notes on Registration

• Speakers (including co-speakers) do not need to purchase tickets.
• Tickets are non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or accidental purchase.
• We generally do not provide receipts. Please use the receipt issued by Doorkeeper or your credit card statement as proof of purchase.

Other Notes

• Photos will be taken during the event, as well as press coverage. Any official photos taken may be published on the Web to promote the event. Please be aware of this in advance.

• We are working to ensure the safety and security of everyone coming to DroidKaigi 2026 by cooperating with the local governments, especially the Tokyo municipality where the venue is located, public health centers and other administrative bodies under its jurisdiction, as well as the venue providers. We plan to provide boxed lunches and hold meetups that involve food and beverages; however, these plans may change depending on the situation as of September 2026 (guidance from local authorities, the state of public health, including infectious diseases, etc.).
